Available space for installation "Overall" dimension is to very peak of roof. "Available" is to bottom of vent flashing – below. Doesn't really lose anything useful.	Gutter Topper gutter covers are in place. Measurements exclude the gutters and covers.
Here are some pictures to check for shade. The top part of the house roof is in full sun from around 10AM to some time between 4:30 and 6:15. Pictures taken July 17. From the location of shadows at 4:30 it looks like we have at least a few years before the tree shade becomes a problem. (Edge of shade from a tree right in front of the house is on front lawn just short of landscaping in that picture.) 8AM 10AM 1:45PM 4:30PM 6:15PM
